Return Policy – Almas Jewellers

At Almas Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of jewellery is crafted and inspected with care before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage, accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.

  • Items that have been custom-made, engraved, resized, or specially ordered are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other body-worn items are non-returnable.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or on discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

  • Customers must first contact our support team at info@almasjewellers.com within the return window to obtain approval.

  • Once approved, the item must be securely packaged and shipped back to us. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or defective.

  • Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item. Only items meeting the eligibility criteria will be approved.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed in accordance with our company’s guidelines.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Important Note

Almas Jewellers reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
