What is “Cash Your Gold” or “Gold Investment” service?
Almas offers “Cash Your Gold”, where you can sell your old gold items, and Gold Investment options, such as giving you the option to invest in gold or purchase gold coins.
Do you have an export or corporate jewellery service?
Yes — Almas provides export services and corporate/wholesale solutions for bulk orders, gifts, or custom corporate jewellery needs.
What is your return or refund policy?
We allow returns under specific conditions: items must be unused, in original condition, within a defined time period from delivery, and exceptions apply for custom or engraved pieces.
How do I track my order or shipment?
